🔄 Calmveda Replacement & Refund Policy
At Calmveda, we value your trust and want you to have a worry-free shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, you can request a replacement or refund directly through the platform where the purchase was originally made.
✅ Eligibility for Replacement / Refund
A request can be made if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.

  • You received a wrong item or incorrect quantity.

  • The order is missing products as listed.

⏰ Request Window

  • Replacement or refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery on the same platform where you placed your order.

🚚 How to Request

  • If you purchased via Calmveda.com, contact us at dhruv@calmveda with your order details and images of the issue.

  • If purchased via Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces, please use the respective platform’s return/replacement option.

📦 Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels intact.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible.

  • Incense sticks that are partially used cannot be returned unless proven defective.
